375ml bottle. Tart, aggressively sour and vinegary with some stingy notes, funky yeast and earthiness. A bit stuffy and unbalanced.

Bottle. Reddish-amber, cloudy, yellowish foam. Aroma: wildly, sour, lemon, oak, barrel, a little sweetness, homemade wine. Taste: sour, wildness, oak, phenols, vinegar, spicy, not bad.
