Developed to showcase the amazing aromas and flavour of the Mosaic hop. You should be able to pick up blueberry, tangerine and papaya, with the addition of bittering hop Hallertau Blanc bringing lemongrass and passionfruit to the beer. It has a very pale malt base, with carapils and malted oats added to give a lightly toasted complexity and an enhanced mouth feel.

Bottle courtesy of Bill and Julia, cheers guys 👍🏼. Consumed at home Sunday 2nd March 2025 after a 14-15 km loop hike in glorious sunshine to two local hills Plattnstoa 864m & Fürberg 880m then to our local Gasthof zum Sonnewald, Schöfweg for a beer. We had a Thomasina Miers Chilli tonight for tea, it was fantastic. Pours warm gold with a mid sized white head. There's a lot of flavour and it's a good beer for such a modest and. Clean, bitter, refreshing with citrus touches and a nice dry finish.

[33cl can from Home Bargains, Bracknell.] A hazy amber pour with a loose white head; fresh fruity aroma; refreshing biscuity malt body with some mandarin and blueberry; and a dry finish with a fresh leafy bitterness. An excellent pale ale, much better than expected from a bargain store.
