Oak Barrel-Aged Spontaneous Beer with Tart Cherries & Marionberries.
2022 Cellar Cyndicate exclusive bottle.
Of Note - This beer was spontaneously fermented at Miramar. The organic tart cherries & marionberries hail from Washington state and there are four pounds of fruit per gallon! It was aged 14 months in a Hungarian red wine puncheon barrel. Only California-grown grains, Pilsner malt and raw wheat were used.
