Tap in Venice, after water bus back from Marco Polo airport, after dropping Barbara there, 10th November 24. Lovely sunny and hot in Venice. Pours clear and straw in colour. Aroma is fresh grass, straw. Taste is smooth, basic, medium bitter. It’s fine

Appearance: clear gold with a moderate white frothy head of medium retention. Aroma and taste: cleanest malt, slight fruitiness, distant hop. Light sweet, low bitterness. Mouth feel: medium body, average carbonation. Overall: good brewing but not very interesting.

500 ml bottle. Clear golden, foamy head. Mostly grain, bread, pale biscuit malts, hay, metallic notes. Dry bitterness, grainy sweetness. Full bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry malty grainy finish. Not bad, however a bit too heavy on the grain/malt flavour and a bit dull

Bottle. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is grainy, earthy, a touch herbal. Taste is grainy, earthy, a bit leafy. Oily mouthfeel with soft carbonation. Alright, but this is not the freshest anymore.

Bottle from The Trembling Madness. Pours a clear light golden colour with a thinnish throthy white head. Aromas of grains, hay, honey and lemon. Taste is more hay, honey and lemon with an added herbal note and a touch of peppery spice. Thinnish body with a fair amount of carbonation. Fizzy and slightly watery mouthfeel. Abrupt finish. Below average Helles with too much carbonation.
