Bottle from HoTM most likely. It pours clear yellow with a small frothy white head. The aroma is sweet, doughy, buttered white bread, rich tea biscuit, sponge cake, fatty and grass. The taste is crisp, dry, sweet doughy malt, biscuit, custard creams, straw, touch of lemon curd, grass, toasty grains, cereal and hay with a dry finish. Average body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Errs on being a touch sweet, but then is saved by some grassy bitterness. Decent.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours totally clear yellow-gold with a creamy, white head. Lightly sweet with nice biscuity-doughy character, mild bitterness, hay, white bread. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Pretty clean in the finish, more straightforward pale biscuits, nips of cereal. Very drinkable gear.

Bottle picked up from Bernard Nieder Getränkemarkt, Attenkirchen and consumed at home Attenkirchen, Monday 6th January 2020 whilst listening to one of our **Albums of 2019 Pixies - Beneath the Eyrie**. Pours clear gold with a white frothy head. Quite a straightforward Helles, however good, would be a little better if some of the malt, cereal and sweetness was dropped for a little crisper beer with sweetness but dryer, otherwise it's ok.

500ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, pale malty, minimally grainy and bready aroma, weak fruity hoppy overtones with a touch of apricot. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally biscuity and bready malty, slightly bitter hoppy overtones with a fruity touch of apricot, even a citrusy touch, hints of protein. Not bad

Test vom 23.9.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 12,10,12,12,11,10 - 10,85
