Developed to showcase the amazing aromas and flavour of the Mosaic hop. You should be able to pick up blueberry, tangerine and papaya, with the addition of bittering hop Hallertau Blanc bringing lemongrass and passionfruit to the beer. It has a very pale malt base, with carapils and malted oats added to give a lightly toasted complexity and an enhanced mouth feel.

On cask at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - orange to copper. Pleasant lacing. Nose - pears and oranges in syrup. Taste - bitter orange this time and not the expected fruit salad from the nose. Palate - light bodied with creamy fruit up front and then long bitterness. Overall - well brewed.

Good heavens! What a treat for the palate! Cask at CBC, Clerkenwell on 1st June 2018. Bright lemon gold with white shallowing foam and scant lacing. Intense aroma of tangy citrus and berry fruits. Rich and intense grassy and citrus hoppiness in-mouth, with a powerful, long lasting grassy hop finish. Medium bodied with a zingy mouthfeel. Absolutely exquisite, and highly recommended.

(Draught at Man in the Moon, Stockholm, 2 Sep 2017) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, grapefruit, lemon and tropical fruit. Malty, hoppy taste with grapefruit, citrus, tropical fruit, slightly sharp malt and a balanced citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and refreshing, with a fresh hop character. Quite nice.

Handpull cask at the Beer Hall, Staveley. Light yellow and clear with a small film of white head. Massive hop aroma, full of wildflower, hard citrus, apricot, pineapple. Light biscuity malt on the nose as well. Taste is initially bittersweet, then turns to that set and slightly umami-y Mosaic bite. Finish has a gritty bitter tang, with banana, lemon rind, and kumquat in the aftertaste. Light neural carbonation. I'm sure it helps that I'm having it at source, but this is one of the best pale ales I've ever had, and one of the best cask beers I've ever had.
