Bottle. Pours hazy purple blue, small pinkish white head, good lacing. Aroma is blueberries (which is rare in a blueberry sour), yogurt, bugs, oak. Flaky is light plus tart, light plus funk, great blueberry notes. Merlin body. Wow, this is good.

Funky, sourish and slightly mineraly with some blueberry juice, farmyardy yeastiness and tartness.

Bottle thanks to Ian. Pours a dark purple with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is blueberry, wood, pepper, earth. Slick body, berry, earth, funk, oak, nice tartness, very nice.

Flaska från SARA. Batch 2? Från 2022? 8,3%. Något mörkare röd, rosavit krona. Blåbär, bäriga toner, lätt svavelton även om det mestadels försvinner, lätt funkig ton, stall, viss ton av vinbärsblad, lagom strävt. Gott.

Poured from a 750 ml, 2021 vintage club bottle. Aroma is fairly blueberry forward with some light tannic blueberry skin notes. Faint SARA funk with light alcohol and oak notes. Pours a pinkish purple with a medium sized, somewhat thin, pinkish head that recedes quickly and disappears. No lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly acidic with a light sweetness and light grain notes. Medium low bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderately strong blueberry notes with light tannin and oak notes. Hints of blueberry skins and phenolic notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really solid blueberry beer. The blueberry notes are very fresh and don't have the overly phenolic note that some blueberry beers do have. I wish the SARA funk would be a big stronger and show through a bit more.
