Sampled at Ram-Rosemont, 10/26/15. Hazy orange. Sweet orange juice aroma. Orange juice flavor as well, with a light bitterness as well. Light and a little thin. Just kinda dull.

Draft 24 oz pour at the Hawks Prarie location. Not a bad way to end a full day of ball. Pours a clear, bright orange color with a minimal head. Sweet aroma of soft orange fruit. Sweet fruit, short hops, clean sweet finish. Decent pale here. Good for a session. Enjoyed this.

On tap at Big Horn U District, pours a cloudy dull orange with a small white head. Nose is quite spicy, with lots of the rye upfront, and herbal hops further back. Flavour is along the same lines - lots of rye and herbal, citrus hops. It works fine, but it's a bit harsh and lacking cohesion. Still, pretty decent.

Draft - Earthy hops and biscuity pale malts. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Earthy bitterness and pale malts with a creamy mouthfeel. Very much English style.

A very lightweight pale (or not so pale), pours out a murky copper color, with nice creamy head. Most points for appearance, all else is just mediocre. Easy drinker and refreshing.

Sampler at Schaumburg. The most interesting Ram beer I’ve had so far, which isn’t saying much. Oliy hemp seed burnt tones. I pretty much get toasted oily hemp all the way. An oddity. Somewhere between an India Brown Ale and an APA. Another loser.

Tap: at RAM, Indy Poured hazy...orange/gold with a short, off-white head. Grapefruit peel aroma. Malty, fruity/citrus taste. Creamy and soft. Basic, but nice, example.

On tap at Ram, Tacoma. It’s an unclear one, orange colored, and topped by a minimal sized off-white head. The aroma has green pine cones, orange peel and a generic fruityness. Medium bodied and quite dry on the palate, with a nice carbonation. Pine cones and orange peel dominates the flavor, with some maltyness kicking in. Nice bitterness all the way. Lasting finish. A tasteful and pleasant pale ale meant to be drunk by numbers I guess. 130629

Sampler at the Schaumburg location. Hazy brass color. A thin head with a bit of lace. Somewhat hoppy nose mitigated by the soap in the restroom on my hands. A nice, big hoppy burst on the first sip. The hop bill seems aimed more toward bitterness than flavor, then there’s a slight bit of citrus, pine and grass.

Draft. From notes. This beer is pretty weak and watery. Some light hops throughout with a weak malt backbone. Meh.
