355ml bottle. Pours a hazy golden-orange with a decent head, some of which hangs around until the halfway stage. The nose is definitely Belgian with a big yeasty thing going on - lemon sorbet and something grassy in particular. The taste has orange zest, orange cream and then a drying yoghurt finish. The palate has a medium to large body with a big creamy texture and a elegant creamy ending, Overall, I really like this, but it’s not an American IPA. It’s a Belgian style.

Off funny farmy sweet aroma. Looks like darker hefe, gunk on bottom of bottle, too. Flavorful sourlike taste that nearly comes across as a lambic, a mild real lambic. I don’t think this is a pale ale my friend. Quite interesting to my sour liking palate. Sour and tart yet not overpowering in either. Weird, has many of the attributes as the last indigo I had but a different style in its own way. Smooth like-able and lovely, much better than expected. If this is a pale ale, its one of the better ones I’ve tasted. Wew, yes, quite good and unexpected. Finish is difficult to find any hop bitterness which is quite fine by me. 2 good indigos in a row, looking forward to more of this.

Bottle. Pours a hazy copper with lots of carbonation on the side of the glass but little head. Aromas of dusty grains, caramel, grass, oranges and a little spiciness and sourness, but it is all very subdued and difficult to pinpoint exact smells. Flavor is interesting... a bit of a bread and caramel malt presence with a little twang to it and a lot more fruit than I would have guessed... kind of peaches and oranges or something. It wanders a bit... at times it seems like it will be more funky and tart and at times it seems like it will be a fruitbowl of sweetness. This is interesting, but not spectacular.
