Black Mountain Baltic porter is our award winning beer brewed to celebrate Paradox Brewery's 100th batch. This strong porter was fermented cool for six weeks with a lager yeast before heading to first use Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels for 9 months. This is a big bold beer with notes of chocolate, coffee and bourbon.
