A dark farmhouse Saison that adds some toasted malt to the traditional dry Saison yeast driven flavours. De-husked dark malt makes sure that this beer is smooth on the pallet and the orange peel and citrus hops give depth of flavour with a crisp finish.

Keg at The Mashtun, Norwich. It pours darkest ruby with a decent beige head. The aroma is toasty malt, aniseed, Dandelion & Burdock, plum and cola cubes. The taste is dry, toasty malt, light bitterness, peppery spice, aniseed, liquorice, plum, date, cherry cola and spice with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation.. Works rather well. Tasty.
