Cask (gravity) @ The 17th Reading Beer and Cider Festival 2011, Reading, Berkshire England.Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, light to moderate hoppy, flowers, citrus - orange notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, lemon - citrus notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110429]

Cask (Guide Dog, Southampton) - Amber/copper coloured. Fruity aroma with raisins, caramel and a hint of spicy malt. Fruity, malty and grainy taste with some hoppy hints.

Cask at the Monks Retreat (JDW), Reading. Golden coloured with a dense off-white head; peach aroma; light and fruity with apricot and peach flavours and soft and sweet mouth feel; sustained, gently bitter finish. Very drinkable.
