Cask at Cask Pub & Kitchen. It pours clear golden with a small white head. The nose is soft, smooth, honeyed grain and a touch of citrus fruits. The taste is crisp, bitter-sweet, smooth, mild honey, straw and hay with a dry finish. Light-medium body and soft carbonation. Not a whole lot to this one. Inoffensive and easy drinking.

Cask @ Old Gate, Hebden Bridge. Clear golden with a creamy head. Dry hopped with a lingering dryness in its aftertaste. Some fruit, a little more honey but it’s not too sweet at all. Quite crisp.

Cask at CBC Clerkenwell - London. Pours clear yellow-gold with a foamy white head. The aroma holds light minerals, some hammy cotrusZ light sweet flavor with dried citrus fruits, dry pale malts, some hitter grass and hay. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Dry finish with further grass, hay, minerals, dry citrus rind. OK.
