0.33 l bottle from 'Craftbeershop.com', best before December 2025. Clear, golden with a medium large, foamy, slowly diminishing, white head. Slightly sweetish, moderately grassy and minimally fruity-floral aroma of grains, some straw and traces of lemon peel. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, slightly grassy-spicy and minimally fruity-floral taste of grains, straw, light lemon peel and traces of honey, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, quite effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Solid Pils.

Bottle from Biermarket. Aroma is rather hoppy with grass, some floral notes, grainy malt. Flavour is on the sweet side with a mild bitterness. Medium body. Nice grassy noble hop aroma. Had this been dry rather than sweet this could have been a pretty great Pilsener.

330ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish, golden colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Minimally grainy and strawy, pale malty as well as grassy and minimally floral, hoppy aroma, a touch of corn. Taste is moderately bitter, floral hoppy, pale malty basis with a minimally grainy and spicy touch, subtle residual sweetness. Watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium to fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation. Clean, crisp, nicely hopped - decent.

Gold with a frothy, white head. Grassy, slightly floral aroma. Taste is bitter the whole way through with a bread-like undertone. Medium-bodied, moderate carbonation. Decent.

bottle from biermarket.de. Pale yellow, tall white head. Resiny hoppy nose. Light and elegant malty base, resiny-herbal and slightly grassy hops. Not bold and extremely hoppy, but with a classic hopy profile. Very nice, slightly shy, classic German Pilsener.

Vom Faß im Ristorante 1744, Seligenstadt. - Satt goldgelb, klar; sehr schöner, feinporiger Schaum. - In der Nase sehr feiner, aromatisch hochwertiger zitroniger Hopfen; schwach kalkig. - Antrunk mild aber frisch mit fein zitronigem Hopfen und zart keksartigem hellen Malz. Mild rezent, weich, fast sahnig. Angenehm trockener Abgang mit feinem grasigen Hopfen. - Mild aber mit feinem Aromahopfen gehopftes, weiches Pilsener des süddeutschen Typus. Klasse!
