Als we eerlijk zijn, is dit een Bird of Prey incognito. Houd je van de smaak van nostalgie? Nou, Black in Time is doordrenkend van nostalgie. Een ode aan de Bosuil, Steenuil, Hoppy Hieroglyphics, Little Black Dress, Men in Black en elke andere BIPA die we sinds 2012 hebben gebrouwen. Stap in de duisternis, owlmigo.

Blikje gedeeld door H. en B.
Zwart bier met matig stevig schuim.
Aroma is moutig en houtig.
Smaak is houtig en rokerig.
Nasmaak is rokerig en licht bitter.

0.33 l can from 'Drankgigant.nl'. Black with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, fairly fruity, slightly resiny and a bit roasty aroma of tropical fruits, blueberry, dark chocolate and caramel. Quite sweet, malty, gently roasty, quite fruity and slightly resiny taste of caramel, dark chocolate, licorice, toasted hazelnut, tropical fruits and blueberry, followed by a short, gently roasty-bitter finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice BIPA.
