Intense, chocolately, dark malty and minimally fruity aroma, notes of dark chocolate, chocolate sauce, couverture, cocoa, toffee, some cherry. Taste is sweet, chocolately and slightly roasty, dark malty, slightly fruity and peppery spicy, notes of dark chocolate, chocolate sauce, toffee, cocoa, some cherry, a touch of cherry liqueur, some pepper, mild chili.
Slightly viscous texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, fine, soft to flat carbonation.
