This is our ’white label’ beer, brewed in limited production runs so you might never see the same beer twice. We use a simple pale malt profile, and generous additions of a single hop variety to allow the characteristics of that hop to really shine through.

This batch features Citra hops.

(Cask at Rake, Borough, London, 11 May 2024) Golden colour, slightly hazy, with frothy off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, grapefruit and grass. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, grass, resin, hints of toast and a balanced citric/grassy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh and tasty, with a good hop presence. Very nice.

Cask @ The Salopian Bar, Shrewsbury. Pours gold with thin bubbly head. Crisp and sweet with mild grapefruit, citrus and bitter marmalade. Tastes a little tired though, perhaps past its best.
