Bottle @ Early Winter season 11/12 Part. 3, Ulfborg. Pours clear golden with a small egg white head. Grassy and grainy. A bit of paper. Medium bodied. Dry with a fair bitter end. Fresh.

Hmm, a first from this brewery... ogivlado shared this with heavy and me (thanks!) Poured a golden body with a small head, fizzy. Malty, sticky woody nose. Herbal, dry empty taste, polleny, light acidity, no sweetness. Completely overattenuated, it would seem (ooh, tech speak). Eh. As useless as the one we’ve had before. Shame.

Bottle. Sweet barley malt aroma with just a hint of hops. Clear golden yellow with small head. Light sweet barley malt and moderately bitter grass hops flavor. Decent beer - nothing special.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. The beer starts modest dry, good use of hops, the finish becomes more and more sourish, also a bit moldy. Not so good.

Bottle (courtesy MoritzF): Pale golden, thin foamy layer, sweetish pale-malty, bready nose (or sour dough ?) with a tinge of caramel; faint malty flavour, light bodied to watery; nearly no finish, only traces of malt combined with a nearly non-existing bitterness and a metallic something. A "typical" boring Helles from Niederbayern (Lower Bavaria), these horrible brews can be found quite often along the Danube between Regensburg and Passau...................

(bottle) Clear and pale golden colour with a frothy white medium head. Grainy malty aroma with a touch of hops. Light bodied grainy malty taste, slightly sweet with a short light hoppy finish. Too light bodied and boring.

Blond color. Light wet malt aroma. Weak body, again this wet malt characteristic. Poor.
