Bottle. Normally I love Allagash, it's one of the few breweries where I would trust each of the beers on a shelf. Poured a ruby purple color with a small white head. Aroma was an unpleasant baby diaper. I mean, it takes me back to my kid's diaper pail. Flavor was unpleasant, grape, odd. At the December DC Ratebeer tasting.

375ml bottle pours a clear purple with some pinky white head. Candlewax nose then gets a touch fecal. Grape and rose in the nose, white port. Flavor has a lot of wild grape and not in a good way. Astringent port, overly herbal in a bad Fantome way. Sour and nearly medicinal. A big miss for me.

From a bottle at a RB tasty. Pours a hazy cola with a tan head. Aromas of rind. Flavors are moderately sour fruit.

Rotting leaves, nail polish removal. Murky ruby pour with ok head. Wine grapes and some barrel. Bottle.
