(Tap) Clear golden good white head. Pleasant aroma of bread, citrus, notes of grassy hops. Medium body with good carbonation. Tastes like aroma - brass malt, citrus and herbal hops. Modest bitterness. Great lager.

Bottle from a coop. Pale clear golden, lowish head. Light citric nose. Medium light grainy base, ok bitterhop counterpart, not super inspiring.

30.04.2024 - 0.33l bottle at the biozentrum. pours a clear pale golden. floral aroma, dried fruits, honey, a hint of belgian yeast. flavour of hay, honey, lemonade. aromatic, pleasant, easily drinkable.

Appearance: Light golden, crystal clear. Small off-white head. Aroma: Medium malt, bready. Slight fruits. Taste: Medium malt, crisp. Some bread and grains. Quite nice. Bought: Halle aux Boissons (Matran), 330 ml, CHF 1.44 Info: 15/1-2021, BB: 31/3-2021

Tap at the brewery. Bright, clear gold, tall head. Rich malt, butter, light hop, bread. Sweet and malty, diacetyl, some lemon. De cent but diacetyl really hurts it, even though it is quite light.

Light biscuit aroma and flavors. Smooth and crisp finish. Decent lager.

Tap at Fischerstube. A very malty lager, I like! Sweet on the tongue but not on the palate. Almost a bit like a syrup. Very muddy color though.

Draught @ Fischerstube, Rheingasse 45, 4058 Basel, Switzerland.Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, butter. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, malty, buttery, grass notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111110]
