Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 30th April 2017. Gold with off-white lacing foam. Lush aroma of citrus tangerine and grapefruit. A touch of peach. Delicate grapefruit citrus in the liquid pass. Bitter, grassy, citric and fruity notes fill a complex finish, that evolves into bitterness with each sip. Smooth mouthfeel and a fair amount of body.
