Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours yellow with a slight haze and a white head. Sweet malty nose, slightly phenollic. Medium body, sweet body, dry and sulphurous, again some skewed fermentation notes before a dry finish. 190511

Bottle, bought at the brewery. Looks simple, but good. Beer in the glass very zippy, not very turbid, huge head. Starts mild, hoppy-yeasty, a bit moldy. More and more spicy notes, also a bit wheaty. Sweet background. Well balanced finish, quite drinkable. Not bad!

Bügelverschlußflasche vom Quack-Duck! : Pale golden, a bit unclear, bigger fluffy white head; grassy hoppy and fruity-yeasty nose; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied, a bit fizzy; slightly lingering (infected) fruity and hoppy finish. Surely already infected, deserves a second chance.....

(bottle, 33cl, courtesy of Quack-Duck) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Slightly dusty and grainy pale malty aroma with doughy notes and a herbal hoppy touch. Slightly sweet and sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Yeasty, grainy and doughy pale malty taste with a shy herbal hoppy touch; mildly sweet grainy malty finish with a touch of yogurt and shy notes of herbal and grassy hops. A bit unclean but still drinkable. 14.II.11

bottle from biershop-braugasthoefe.de. Hazy straw golden colour, large white head. Grainy, malty nose. Light-to medium-bodied, solid malty base with a grainy character, shy hints of honey. There is a bit of a harsh bitterness tuning in, making the beer rather interesting. Grainy-malty-bitter-sweet character, hard to describe, quite spicy. Lively carbonation. A good one.
