A beer with a nice, deep yellow-orange color like pumpkin flesh, and a thick, fine and persistent head with orange hues. As the beer becomes warmer, the scents of cereals turn into fruit aromas. These come from the pumpkin flesh used in the brewing process and from the subtle scents of freshly peeled tangerine. The citrusy notes blend well with the taste of pumpkin and create a freshness that balances out the typical sweetness of pumpkin ales, and of some traditional Italian cakes.

Bottiglia. Il naso vira verso il fruttato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta velato. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sul palato si fermano caratteristiche di caramello, miele, spezie, agrumi, zucca, frutta e zenzero.

Can @ home. Unclear golden body under a fine, lacing, tan head. Aroma is malt, caramel/toffee, spices and yeast. Taste is sweet malt, caramel, pumpkin pie spices and moderate bitterness. Balanced body with fine aftertaste. Smooth, soft, quite elegant pumpkin beer.

Bottle 330ml @ home. Pours Hazy amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, red apples and hint of spices. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a light spices, malty, caramel and light banana finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle at Baladin Camden, London on 15th June 2023. Pours hazy copper with shallow disappearing foam. Earthy aroma with orchard fruits. Tangy in-mouth with nuttiness. A finish of fruity spiciness, a little bitterness and pungencies. Light bodied with a zingy mouthfeel.
