Wandering Soul is a 6.5% IPA hopped with Azacca and the New Zealand hop Moutere, a recently developed varietal with notes of grapefruit and passion fruit. Brewed with a grist of 2-row barley, oat malt, and flaked oats.

Tap at Ocelot Brewing, Dulles. Color is very cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, hops and malts. Basic fruity IPA with some good elements.

Draft pour at Ocelot. Poured a nice hazy yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was toasted malts, kind of a herbal, humidor, earthy tobacco character. Flavor was very leafy hop petals. Herbal.

4 oz pour on draft at Spacebar. Hazy yellow with off-white head. Aromas of citrus, floral. Tastes of citrus, floral, a little herbal wheat. Medium body with a dry finish.

Keg at Churchkey. Hazy yellow, large foamy white head, good retention. Aroma of tropical fruit, citrus, pine, pale malt. Taste is tropical fruit, citrus, lemongrass, tropical fruit, pale malt. Medium bodied, lingering bitterness, juicy, well balanced. Very nice.

Lots of up front grapefruit like it’s speaking you truths. Hazy yellow pour with decent head. Light bitter finish. Tap at Churchkey.
