2015 Vintage. A clear deep amber colour, no head. Aroma of massive dried fruits, caramel, plums, honey. Taste of caramelized honey, plums, almonds, intense boozy finish.

Amber colour. Mderate honey aroma. Powerfull honey flavor. Long great finish. Exstremely creamy palate.

Vintage 2015. Dziwny, nie spotkalem jeszcze takiego miodu, jest tu zbyt mocna przewaga ziol, zwlaszcza nadmierny tymianek, mocno wysuszone, ziolowo likierowy miod. Siano w aromacie i sucha trawa. Mocno drapie w gardle, ze az kaszlec sie chce. Nie jest za slodki mimo ze poltorak, uwielbiam ziola ale z tymiankiem tu chyba przekombinowali.

A pour from 750ml bottle (thx, Alex!). Vintage 2009. Pours a bit hazy copper with no head. Aroma is a bit odd with medicinal sweet notes. Taste is veeery sweet, it drinks like an oil, with honey, dried banana, and sugared raspberry notes. Great stuff.

Bottle - Vintage 2009 - Sweet dark honey with some spice and cooked sugar. Jet clear beprown with a small white head. Decadent, marshmallow like creamy banana and wonderful finish. Brilliant.

Thanks Alex! Very dark brown. Toasty, little bit of raspberry, woody, toasty character. Mega sweet, like dark agave syrup or that sort of thing. Rich honey - not like manuka but the closest is the jujube from Myanmar. Finishes with alcohol, light fruity big sugary honey, wood. Damn, beautiful stuff. Richest mead ever?

750mL bottle, pours a deep dark mahogany. Aroma is decadent as hell, with treacle, red wine, decadent honey, with raspberries, and brown sugar. Flavour is crazily intense, with raspberries, decadently sweet honey, brown sugar, and syrup. Holy crap is this decadent. Body is nearly like syrup. Wow - incredible.

Thanks to deft!Ceramic bottle 75 cl, corked that required three people to get it out in the end.Sampled on February 19, 2016.Clear deep golden color, nice thick legs left on the side of the glass. Sweet, honey, raisin, some alcohol scent. Very sweet, raisin, honey taste. Sweet honey, vanilla, raisin, hints of salty caramel aftertaste. Smooth thick mouthfeel, sweet finish.
