Our Weizen has a nice bright orange color tending to amber, with a persistent creamy foam that adheres well to the glass. The appearance is slightly turbid thanks to the important protein richness of the wheat and to the yeast in suspension. The perfume, with good intensity, reveals fine spicy and fruity notes beautifully balanced. These notes with hints of vanilla, nutmeg, banana and yellow fruits, will be felt more intensely in the mouth and will extend smoothly into the final. Of moderate alcohol content, lean body and with good acidity cutting, it is particularly refreshing.
