Papa Midnight is inspired by the traditional cocktails of New Orleans. We created a clean amber ale and enriched it with Ceylon Cinnamon, 100% Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla and a heavy dose of premium Bourbon Whiskey.

8 3 8 3 16Bottle at Rootz Pinkster Lentebierfestival ‘18. Fairly hazy orange brown with a small off white head. Aroma of cinnamon, bourbon, vanilla, caramel and malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle. Amber color. Aroma of sweet bourbon vanilla, cinnamon, raisin and caramel. Taste has cinnamon, vanilla, raisin, bourbon, caramel and dates. Smooth mouthfeel. I like it.

bottle pours clear amber with a full white head. aroma of vanilla, sweet, caramel, malts. Taste is a bit stale, malty, toffee, caramel, dry, very weird, no i really don't like this one.
