Cask at the CASK Pub & Kitchen on 4th Oct 2010 during Meet the Brewer night. Dark copper with off-white head. First impression is of sweetness and caramel. Hops in-mouth somewhat overpowered by this sweetness, Fairly sweet endtaste and smooth mouthfeel.
