Bottle.Yellow colour with off-white head.Aroma is fruity of citrus and yeast,some flavor of wingums and candy.Carbonation feels fizzy and lively with fruity short finish.

Bottle 500ml.Hazy matt medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, paper, moderate yeasty, paper, soured milk. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, citrus acidic. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20111105]

Bottle @ Home. Pours slightly hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of wheat, citruss, sweet fruit. Taste is wheat, sweet fruit, lemon. Thin body, low carbonation, unpleasant tart finish. 201111

Bottle. It’s slighlty unclear, golden-orange in color and with a dense, off-white head on top. The aroma is lightly malty and citrusy, with a milky twist. Citric flavor with pale malts and some fruityness. A bit oily on the palate, and quite thin. Low on carbonation. Some cloves in the end, in a way that make me wonder if they added cloves and didn’t let the yeast do the work. Overall, drinkable, somehow tasting like a berliner weisse, but I doubt very much that’s intentional. Drinkable, at least now, but not a beer I’ll buy again. 111105

Bottle @ Ulfborg, Early Winter Tasting, 2011. Pours hazy orange with a small creamy white head. Nose is wheat and dms. Rubber and vegetables. Thin, syrupy and sweet with some fruity tartness.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are citrus, yeast, wheat malt and hops. Quite citric.
