Amber Ale. Sip. Savour. Repeat.
Light amber, packed with a smooth citrus punch. Balanced dry pine and zesty flavour throughout that finishes with a robust long bitterness.

Cask at Tapping the Admiral, Kentish Town on 3rd October 2024. Golden amber with shallow off-white foam and partial lacing. Malts, fruitiness and pungency in aroma. Nutty malts, leafy hoppiness in-mouth and a fruity finish. Light bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.

Out for dinner with the 3 daughters at The Goat and had this alongside a 13 ounce pork tomahawk steak. This wasn't the best beer I've had, malt, some hops and not much going on at all.

Handpull cask at the Yard of Ale, Peterborough. Mid- to dark gold and clear with a good-sized white head and lots of lacing. Light floral scent, not much here. Bittersweet taste with well-judged bittering hops lingering on the tongue. It's a capable golden ale.
