Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are flowers, fruits, citrus, honey, malt and hops. A little sour.

Cask, gravity dispensed, at the Kingston Arms, Cambridge. Poured gold with no head; clean fresh honey aroma; sweet silky texture with a medium body and a good malty structure; the finish has perfumed honey and dry biscuit. A very drinkable example of a honey beer, moresih, refreshing, and not too sweet. Excellent.

Cask @ The Speaker, Westminster SW1. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy aroma. Sweetish fruity malty hoppy flavor with some hints of honey. Has a sweetish malty hoppy finish.

Cask gravity at SIBA BF, Paddock Wood. Gold, thin white head. More golden syrup than honey. Some hay, some grassy hop. Not really much honey. Fine, but I would like more evident honey flavour.

[Cask at GBBF 2005] A hazy orange beer with a small beige head. The aroma contains notes of honey and brewmash - pretty much like being in a brewhouse while brewing. The flavor is sweet spicy with some notes of honey and flowers. The mouthfeel is slightly sticky.
