Bottled. Rubyish black colour with a mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is roasted malts, some chocolate, mild spices and some ashyness too. Flavour is chocolate, mild ashes, some spices as well as some mild caramel notes. If ginger is supposed to be the spice in here, it’s used in very small quantities...

Opaque black beer, short lived tan head. Light dry palate. Dark malts, not bitter or roasty but quite dry. Mellow ginger goes well with the dark malt. However the beer is so stupidly dry that it’s hard to swallow!

Bottled. A deep red beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and soy sauces. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, soy sauce, and a bit of ginger, leading to a dry finish. The body is light.
