From cask. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild herbal. Citrusy too. Peachy, mild mango. Vague smoked like. Slight bitter, mellow sweet and fruity. Light bitter and peschy to citrusy finish.

Sampled @ GBBF day 3. Hazy yellow color, small to average sized white head. Smells like fruit tea to me. Tastes like that as well, forest fruit tea and (Dutch) ranja. If this is due to the hops used this is the first time I’ve tried these hops. Quite extraordinary. Not bad though, just weird that I am reminded of tea every time I take a sip of my beer.

Cask - Mango and soap with sweet fruit. Cloudy gold with a thin white head. Malty, light sour and bitter finish. So much potential, just doesn’t deliver on the taste.

Bottle shared with Button, under a tree at Ripon races, 18th May. Clear, yellow gold. Bubbly white head. Bready, yeasty, with a hint of green apple. Taste is bready dry. Clean, zesty palate. Finishes dry, with a light bitterness.

Nice story on the back label of my 500ml green bottle which was opened and shared with a mate on 15 Feb 2013 during a random beer tasting evening. The beer is really a lager style beer in looks and taste: fairly dry with a hop finish, some maltiness also about but hops rule the overall flavouring. I found it refreshing and pleasant enough, suited the large German Frikadellen and mild mustard we were eating at the time.

This is a pleasant enough beer but it suffers from not having one strong flavour. There’s a malty, sweet aspect with a bitter, hoppy edge but nothing really stands out. It could have been great if it wasn’t trying to do a bit of everything.

500ml bottle at 5.5%. Pours dark gold with a large head. Aroma is mango puree and banana. Taste has mango puree to start and a mango and grassy medium bitter finish.

Crosse Keys Spoons. Hazy gold beer. Residual white head. Smooth palate, semi dry. Fairly low carbonation. Sweetish hops. Peach, tangerine, tropical fruits, grapefruit, even a little Sorachi Ace lemon flavour. A really nice medley! Finishes semi dry. Lip smacking hops. With some condition this would have been an easy 4+
