Bottle 500ml.Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity, banana, bubble gum, pineapple. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, fruity, banana, tropical fruit. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20111105]

Bottle @ Ulfborg, Early Winter Tasting, 2011. Pours clear golden with a small creamy egg white head and lacings. Lively carbonation. A bit of banana , wheat and grain. Medium bodied.

Bottle. A clear, golden beer topped by a dense, two-finger white head head that lasts. Surprisingly high levels of banana aroma, some cloves, grass and a touch of lemon. Smooth, nicely carbonated and medium bodied. The flavor is a bit more bananaish than I would like it, but it’s quite pleasant anyway. Well, too heavy on the banana, but I like it, at least considering it’s a Kristall. 111105

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is KRISTALL golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, fruits, citrus, wheat malt and hops.

Bottle. Orange, lemon, clove, and wheat malt aroma. Clear golden yellow color with large head and moderate effervescence. Slightly sweet lemon/orange and wheat malt flavor. Medium body. Pretty nice Kristallweizen.
