This bottle conditioned cloudy wheat beer brewed with fresh ginger and hand squeezed fresh lemons will be able to cool you down this summer. Nose: Ginger and lemon. Palate: Fruity ginger with a blend of zesty lemons and some hops to give it a bitter tang. Food pairing: Symposium is great to drink with fragrant Indian dishes as well as BBQ chicken.

Bottle at Fin & Loz’s tasting with Jan, Charlotte, Craig, Stella & kids consumed 21.10.11 Purchased at Millets Farm Shop, Frilford Heath, Nr Abingdon, Oxon summer 2011 Pours mid gold with a light bubbling for a head. Refreshing beer with a subtle rather than an ’in yer face’ gingeryness, tasting more like a little powdery ginger. Wheatiness is also apparent, some lemons, its ok but not really my thing I’m afraid.
