Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, banana and wheat. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Odense Catching Up on Stuff Left in the Cellar Event July 2012. Golden with a small white head. Aroma of yeast, phenols and a little cookie spice. Dry and a bit tart yeasty and phenolic flavour

Bottle. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Some yeasty notes. Light bitter slightly fruity flavor. Light bitter average finish. Watery palate.

Bottle, 5.0%. Distinct coriander aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Small stable white head. The flavour has a little coriander as well. Rough maltiness. OK apart from the rough note.

Bottle. Hazy dark yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, yeast, wheat fruit and a little coriander. Flavour is malt, wheat, medium sweet, yeast, little coriander, hop and a little bitter.

Bottle. An unclear yellowish golden beer with a dense, finger-thick off-white head. The aroma is flowery, with citrusy fruityness, pale malts and spiced hint. The flavor has mostly fruityness, not so very banana-ish, mostly it’s a fruityness like the one you find in a can of tropical fruits. Medium body, decent carbonation. Not a very succesful weissbier. 120218
