Bottle at Fin & Loz’s tasting with Jan, Charlotte, Craig, Stella & kids consumed Saturday 22.10.11 I picked this up at Favourite Beers Cheltenham spring 2011 Vanilla and a little cream, soft in the mouth, not that dry. This is a little sweeter than I expected and something of a contrast to the Basque and Asturian ciders that we’ve been tasting. Easy drinking, ok but not the apple flush or as juicy and interesting as I had hope. A6 A3 T6 P3 Ov12 3.0

750ml bottle from Favourite Beers, Cheltenham. Golden coloured with a slight, but long lived, fizz. Big, apple fruit aroma with some spicy yeastiness in the background. Dense, dessert apple fruit flavours with a slightly herbal edge and medium finish. Enjoyable.
