Cloudy deep golden color, with a fine small white head. More hazy after the cold chill, have left the building. Mild sour, and acidic fruity aroma. Caramel, and some banana in there also. Well it felt acidic sour in the beginning. After a while it is just smooth and balanced sweet. Some candy and tropical fruits. Nice smooth thick body. Sweet, in a mellow and lovely way. Moderate bitterness, and a bit oily texture. Soft smooth carbonation. Not to soft. A higher carbonation would not have done this one any good. Oh mother earth what have you created. 4 years to the date after it was bottled. It is still one hell of a beer. Craft at its best. Complex and so tasty. Lovely caramel together with tropical fruits, banana, yeast, vanilla and some spices. No sticky alcohol here. Well hidden, but warming. This beer was a its best somewhere in the middle between cold and warm. It changed all the time. Recomendable to start a bit to cold. This one took me by surprise. Dear Santa. Tell that nice punkrocker to find another bottle or two down where all the spiders live.

Bottle. Pours dark golden orange, with a light airy head. Aroma is sweetly, flowery meadows with oak, spices and alcohol. Full body with soft carbonation. Flavour is sweet with flowery yeast, perfume and caramel malts, as well as some notes of alcohol, and an almost overwhelmingly sweet finish.

Bottle @ Rene’s house, courtesy of Rasmus40. Thanks R! Hazy, golden orange appearance with a small white head. Somewhat syrupy, very rich wheat malty, floral, banana, rich citrusy aroma. Thick and powerful, rich wheat malty, quite spicy yeasty, banana, orange, floral, very sweet flavor. Pretty intense and potent with the booze showing up fairly prominently.

Bottle from Vinmonopolet, Vika (Brewed: 2010-07-22) Pours slightly hazy golden with a nice white head. Lightly furity araoma with whead, some hops and hints of alcohol. Sweet with light floral flavours and some bitterness in the finish. Quite nice wheat ale, but the high alcohol content is a quite noticable. I think I enjoyed it more when it was fresh. (2012-05-26)

50 cl bottle @ Gasropub Nordic. Rated on 03.04.2011
Aroma is rather rich with belgian yeast, fruits and wheat – feels very belgian and kind of reminds me of finnish home-made mead. Flavour is tripel-like with soapy citrus and spices. Rich, refreshing and nice.
