The Quartier Rouge is a reddish hued Belgian-style Tripel flavored with grains of paradise and guarana seeds. It's the brainchild of our very own Engineering & Maintenance Departments (who helped make the brew)! Unfiltered and 100% keg conditioned...very tasty!

On tap at Dogfish Head in rehobeth beach. Pours a reddish color with small head. Aroma is plenty fruity and some slight hops. Taste is of tropical fruits, yeast, and some oak. slightly boozy but enjoyable.
