A medium sweet cider with bright golden colour. Smells like a good very pleasant Ginger beer. Soft mouthfeel with ginger dominating the palate due to the infused blend of fresh root ginger, pressed on our apple press. A well balanced, full bodied and refreshing cider which should unite ginger lovers the world over. A refreshing summer drink or warming winter tipple.

Aroma is a very slate Ginger. Flavor is much more bold Apple Ginger sweet slightly pungent good Carbonic Tang. Good body and finish fairly straightforward. It's a ginger cider. It's not bad but nothing to write home about.

330ml bottle. Clear pale straw colour, no head. Aroma and flavour prominently features ginger, with very sweet apples. Initially didn’t like how much ginger was in this but the flavours grew on me the more I drank. Light-medium body, moderate carbonation, heavy sweetness could be dialled down a touch to make it more drinkable. Ok.

Bottle, almost no head, clear lightish yellow color, aroma and flavor of ginger and detergent with some apples behind, quite sweet but a light complementing sourness. A bit foul and not easy to drink.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Stas’s place. Thanks rayaron. Pale yellowish golden. Strong ginger aroma with some sulphur. Sweet flavor with apples, sugar, and lots of ginger. A bit sticky.

Keg @ Holly Bush Inn, Salt. Dishwater yellow with a carbonation. The ginger is dominant, certainly in its taste, but not overbearing. Its nose is lighter and like a fizzy pop drink. Its texture is akin to this also.

Awesome. Fresh herbal ginger and balanced honeyed apple complexity. Medium sweetness. Very smooth with light carbonation.

500 ml. bottle sampled @ “Kaapse Brouwers 1st Anniversary Beer Festival”. Pale golden. Nose is huge on ginger but with a nice balance of med. sweet apples, light residual sugar. Taste is big on ginger with a good mix of sweet apple, sugar, light candy,… Score is awful but I quite loved it, great mix of sweet apple & ginger, heavy ginger but not extreme. Quite loved it.
