Bottle: Hazy, yellow-gold with a whipped, light beige head. Green tea, a bit of spray paint in the aroma. Taste is sharp green tea, wheat malt, light, sweet fruits....(Asian pear?), green banana.....a bit of spice. Unusual, but pretty satisfying. Really started to grow on me after a while.

Swing-top bottle. Intense tea aroma with lemon, orange, banana and wheat malt. Cloudy golden yellow with with giant off white head. Moderately sweet green tea, lemon, banana, clove, and wheat malt flavor. Body a bit light. Interesting but tea dominates all the other flavors.

Refrigerated 0.5 L brow flip-top bottle poured into a weizen glass. Tawny way dense fluffy white head. Aroma is tea, medium chewy body, medium carbonation, and thick small-bubble lacing. Taste is tea, some lemon, and clove. Quite different.

750ml bottle. Barely clear, deep golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Unspecific fruity, wheaty, minimally herbal and floral, yeasty aroma. Taste is slightly sweet wheaty, fruity, hints of apple and pear, herbal, floral and citrusy hoppy overtones, a mixture of lime, lemon and green tea; light and minimally watery. More a spiced Kristallweizen than a Hefeweizen.

Cloudy, pale. Strong weizenyeast aroma, with light hop fruitiness, lots of banana. Sweet character, hints of tannins from the tea, lending balance to an otherwise quite sweet bananaweizen.

Bottled@PBF VIII. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is citrus, some sour wood and mild tartness. Flavour is vanilla some citrus, mild and mild earthy notes. Some wheat too. A bit strange for a hefeweizen, but I see the connection .)

75 cl bottle (4,5%) @ PBF VIII, BBE 04/2013
Aroma has citrus notes, some yeast and slight banana esthers. Flavour is rather tart with cardboard notes, some tart citrus, wet paper, herbal and spicy notes. Finishes with harsh bitterness. Palate is slightly too high on CO2. Not sure what is the tea here, the herbs and spices? Not bad when considering the BBE date.
