5 oz. pour at the Campus 805 location of Wish You Were Beer. Pours a clear, yellow color, with a small, white head. The aroma is dry grass, sawdust, caramel, and cereals. Not very sweet, with a nice, crisp bitterness. Light body, with a crisp, clean, and sharp palate. Goes down pretty easy.

Pour is a clear blonde with a large white head. Aroma is a bit of cracker malt and lemon. Flavor is a nice mix of hay and cracker malt with a decent floral hop in the backround. Finish was clean and a bit like toasted white bread. This is a decent kolsch.
