Bottle @ Odense Tasting, February 2012. Pours clear golden with a creamy white head. Nose is wheat, yeast and corn. Sweet with a bit of paper and butter. Medium bodied.

Hazy golden with a small white head. Malty and grainy aroma with a touch of yoghurt. Sweet malty flavour with strong yoghurt notes.

Tasting @ Home with J&C, October 2011. Hazy copper/orange color with a tiny head. Sweet malty and yeasty, banana and other fruit. The flavour is closer to a hefeweizen. Wheaty, with banana and yeast.

Prickelnd herber Beginn, der von sehr leichten Malznoten unterstützt wird. Geringe Hefe, dann wird das Malz ein wenig intensiver und süßer, so dass neben der Süffigkeit auch eine akzeptable Intensität vorhanden ist. Mild hefiger Ausklang, der an ein helles Weizen erinnert. OK. 8/7/8/7/9/7

Bottle 500ml.Light unclear medium yellow orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, wheat, moderate yeasty, banana, fruit. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, yeasty. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. IMO more a hefeweizen than a zwickel - kellerbier !!! [20111008]

Bottle. Hazy orange with a medium lasting head. Aroma is fruity and quite like a wheat beer. Flavour is again like a german weizen without the banana. Tangy mouthfeel with vanilla notes. Dry palate. Light bitterness
