500ml bottle from The Offy, Whitstable. Pours a misty gold. Aroma is bright sour, tangy. Taste presents a bright acidity, sharp, sour, crab apple tannin, green apple, apple skin, core with a drying bitterness. Fine.

Bottle at home, 28/01/18. Hazed light yellow with a decent off white cap. Nose is funky apple, spice, wood must, straw, on the turn orchard pulp. Taste comprises vinous notes, oak, vanilla, light smoke, funky apple, pigs head. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry funk laden close. Decent stuff.

500ml bottle from Nags Head Reading. Gold slight haze no head. Yes it has eating apples. So it lacks a bit of tannin and backbone. Not much carbonation. Some dryness towards the finish. Its just a tad dull.
