[10/1/11] Mahleket Hanikot Shotrim ’11 tour. Draught at the brewpub in Flensburg. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of noble hops, vegetal yeasty notes and a bit of grainy notes. Flavor starts sweetish with light graininess and a bit of bread and continues to a mildly bitter finish with some slightly grassy hops. Medium-bodied. Quite refreshing.

Tap at brewpub. Pours cloudy yellow with a dent creamy white head. Lots of gras, hay & slight cornish. Pleasant hoppy bitterness. Medium palate. Quite crisp & OK pils! Re-rate late 2011: Really fresh, grassy and hoppy. Smooth, dry and hoppy. Nice. From 3- 3,3

Cloudy yellow with a small white head. Weak clean malt aroma with just a hint of DMS. Dry and clean malty flavour with a nice hop finish.

Growler - thanks to yespr. A hazy yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of straw and malt - and so is the flavor, while the body is thin. Typically German.

Sample from growler. Pours with golden unclear with a good white head. Aroma of corn and slight hop note. Flavour is vague, but malty and a slight bitter hops makes the finish.

Draught at brewpub. Creamy white good mostly deminishing head. yellow colour. Almost no aroma, nice but week flavor, Short bitter finish. Fantastic creamy palate.

(On tap) Very yellowish golden and unfiltered with a small but lacing head. Very dry and actually rather light with a discreet bitterness. Fresh all right on tap but a little flat. 260602

Draught at the brewpub / restaurant. Golden colour, low head, slightly hazy. Minimal aroma. Average pilsener flavour with a certain hoppy bitterness. "Improved" when I finished it with my matjes herrings, like a pilsener normally would.

Draught. Very unclear, golden colour. Small head. Nice mouthfeel. Flavour is quite sweet with a nice breadiness. It has some citrus and spices in aftertaste. Very mild bitterness, but quite nice on a summer’s day.
