This little firework of tropical fruits is a juicy, dry hopped pale ale. A superb blend of big American hops that creates a bold distinct brew. It’s packed with pine, floral and pineapple hop flavours and aromas. A light malt base with a touch of dextrin malt, locks in the hop character and boost mouthfeel.

From tap at The Star in Plumstead while on Part 4B of the Green Chain Walk Saturday 16.07.22. Clear pale straw colour. Dense and persistent bright white head and lacing. Refreshing taste of pale malt, pilsner malt, and fresh lemons, lime, lychee and passion fruit. Very quffable. Fizzy mouthfeel.

Keg at the Pelt Trader, City of London. Pale yellow, a little bit hazy with a film of white head. Lots of lacing. Tropical fruit, melon, some apricot, some sweat. Bittersweet taste with more tropical fruit alongside some vegetal character, and a bitterness in the finish. Starts a lot better than it ends. Decent enough but a half will do.

Half at the Old Ship. Golden, hazy with a nice cap of foamy head. Aroma is grainy and light citrus. Taste is a bit more robust, but kind of subdued. Citrusy hops, almost juicy.
