’Common Conspiracy’, is an amber ale with a gentle, sweet hop aroma. It starts off beautifully malty before the German grown ’Northern Brewer’ hops kick in and lend a refreshing long bitterness.

(Cask at Kitty’s, 20140625) The beer poured deep amber and clear. Its head was medium sized, white and it lasted long. Aroma had toffee, earth, grass and malts. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were malts, wort, biscuits, sulphur. nuts, grass, earth, toffee and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, eathy and bitter. A nice but bit too earthy bitter.

(Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm, 25 May 2012) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with dried apricots, orange and dusty hops. Malty, fruity taste with notes of orange, apricots and a slightly resiny bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Quite nice.
