Para celebrar nuestros 5 años como cervecería creamos una cerveza que combina cinco tipos de malta y cinco variedades de lúpulos. Era la primera cerveza chilena en formato de botella de 750cc y la primera cerveza chilena madurada con roble americano tostado, proceso que agrega cremosa una textura y complejidad aromática sorprendente. Kross 5 es de un color cobrizo profundo y entrega notas a avellanas, toffee, vainilla y caramelo con un largo y agradable retrogusto.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a clear deep amber with a beige head. Sweet Bourbon and vanilla aroma. Medium body, soft mouthfeel, a little caramel, vanilla and oak. No real bitterness. Smooth and pleasant. 010410

Bottled, thanks davidpl and Baggio! Dark ruby, small head. Dry and toasty with raisiny licorice nd dried plums. Clean at first, then the depth opens up. Dry and husky, yet with dextrose-like sweetness. Full bodied with notes of chocolate. Complex and interesting with mild and pleasant flavours.
