Our blonde ale is not a bland ale, there is a complexity at play here with a fruity aroma balanced by a hoppiness that makes it a slightly challenging but still quite easy to drink beer.

Bottle 50cl. poured into a pint glass. Cloudy deep golden colour with floating yeast paricles, good frothy white head, good retention and lacing. Aroma pale malt, grain, orange, abricot, orange marmalade, biscuit, citrusy hops. Taste malty, grain, orange, abricot, biscuit, light spicy notes. Medium body, oily to creamy texture, soft carbonation, sweetbitter aftertaste, zesty and pithy till the end, very nice.

From cask at The Dog & Bell St. Patrick’s Real Ale Festival with Terje 13.03.22. Cloudy yellow straw colour. Fine aroma and taste of grapefruit, lychee, mango, pineapple and gooseberries. Grapefruit and pine bitterness in aftertaste. More like a NEIPA than a golden or blond ale.

500ml bottle. Pours hazy gold with a lot of floating yeast particles. Medium white head. Aroma is biscuit, malt, orange. Taste follows aroma, with notes of pine and hoppy bitterness. Decent one.

Bottle, small creamy head, very lightly hazy orange colour, aroma pf citrus and herbs with light honey notes, citrusy herbal flavour with a light biscuity backbone, medium and quite pleasant bitterness. Nice and easy to drink.
