Last beer on a flight of six at the brewpub on 11th August 2025. Almost clear golden pour, wispy white head. Yeasty aroma and initial taste, some orchard fruit flavours and semi sweet, decent finish to the flight.

12 oz. can. Pours a clear, orange color, with a big, foamy, tan head. The aroma is candied orange, cardamom, Cointreau, vanilla, and spruce. Sweet and a little yeasty, with a bit of a hard bitterness. Medium to heavy body, with a hard, sticky feel. Pretty nice.

Tap @ Pike's Brewing Co, Seattle. Pours a generally clear golden yellow, fluffy white crown. Aroma has nice welcoming tripel esters. Overall character is perhaps a little tangy, some lemon shades, but an enjoyable tripel overall, with soft yeast presence.

Draft: Poured a clear golden color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of candi sugar with sweet Belgian malt notes and light sweet ester. Taste is also dominated by sweet ester with some candi sugar notes and sweet Belgian malt notes. Body is about average with good carbonation with no apparent alcohol notes. Enjoy bale Triple but maybe a tad too sweet.

Can from my WA buddy Andrew just cold enough after braving the very long trip diagonal across country. Dirty gold color frothy head. Nose is banana and honey. Types of honey, grains, cloves, banana, green onion. Slick palate touch thin. Alcohol is present but I had late coffee so need the abv to take me down to dream town.

Bottle courtsey of Baz and Jude (cheers you two!) consumed at Thistledown Farm campsite Saturday12th September 2015. Sat drinking this by the outside fire, weather is glorious, clear skies, lots of stars a wonderful evening to top off a great day. A little spicy yeast on nose (then mouth) in the flickering light of the fire this looks mid gold with a slim white head. A touch boozy but also fruity, have to say we were not overly impressed with this, it hasn’t got a lot going on. Got bored of this and couldn’t wait to get onto the next beer. A6 A3 T6 P2 Ov12 2.9
